For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by computers, from toying around with my dad’s computer, to building my own in primary school, and later installing Linux on it in high school. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Amsterdam, I received a scholarship to attend the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, where I studied Parallel and Distributed Systems. I am currently continuing my studies in Computer Systems and Infrastructure in Amsterdam while working part-time at Solid Sands. At Solid Sands, I have the opportunity to work on one of the most challenging problems in computer science, compiler qualification, alongside an international team of incredibly talented and driven people.
